January 2009 floods
Road closures currently happening throughout north west Queensland are the result of extensive flooding that has impacted areas across the region.
The Department of Main Roads is working as quickly as possible to restore the road network in flood-affected areas.
Main Roads understands the impact flooding has had on the community and industry and thanks everyone for their patience.
