The Main Roads standard specifications are provided in the tables below in the following format: current, published and superseded documents from volumes 1 to 3.

  • Current specifications: these have been developed since the last publication of the specifications and are to be substituted for the published specifications.
  • Published specifications: these specifications that are currently in use (published January 2008).
  • Superseded specifications: these specifications that were used prior to publishing (January 2008). They are for advice on existing contracts and are not to be used on new projects.
