Standard contract provisions roads vol2 roadworks performance contract
The roadworks performance contract (RPC) is the basis for undertaking road infrastructure works on a sole invitee basis with Local Government or RoadTek.
The RPC manual consists of a manual and the required documents and forms necessary to prepare a contract. The manual provides guidance on when to use the RPC form of contract for Main Roads works and the processes to be used in preparing documents and reaching agreements. Main Roads obtains best practice from its contract system when all sections are used as intended.
Forms are supplied as an Adobe Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Word format. The Acobat PDF version may be printed as a master reference, while the MS Word version may be down loaded and filled in electronically.
