Sippy Downs ramp report
The final report into the fatal crash on the south-bound ramp from Bruce Highway to Sunshine Motorway at Tanawha was delivered on 6 July 2007 and has confirmed the design of the ramp was satisfactory for the requirements placed upon it.
The report includes details from the departmental investigation that is carried out into every fatal crash, as well as more exhaustive investigations carried out to determine if road-related factors contributed to the fatal crash. It is available to download below.
