Dawson Developmental Road

Overview:
  • gravel resheeting
  • heavy formation grading
  • reinstatement of road shoulders, sealed/concrete floodways and approaches and road drainage
  • removal of flood debris and de-silting drainage
Location:

Dawson Developmental Road (Springsure–Tambo).

Benefits:

The aim of this project is to reinstate this road to its previous standard prior to the devastating January 2008 floods.

The works are expected to be completed by the end of 2009, weather permitting.
