Flood damage restoration programMackay/Whitsunday, Central West, North West, Northern, Far North

Flood damage restoration works on sections of the road network that were damaged as a result of monsoonal flooding from either cyclones Ellie or Charlotte in early 2009. Covers five Main Roads regions, north and west of Mackay.

Gilbert River Bridge Burke Developmental RoadNorth West

Replace the existing 60 m low-level bridge with a new high-level bridge, 180 m in length.

Wills Developmental Road (Gregory to Burketown)North West

This project brought the total length of sealed road to 52 km.
