Traffic services
RoadTek Traffic services is recognised as Queensland’s leader in the provision of traffic and transportation infrastructure services.
Our qualified and experienced employees can assist with a range of services including the design, construction and maintenance of:

- traffic signals
- electrical and civil intersection analysis and design
- construction and maintenance of surveillance systems
- Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)

Linemarking services
RoadTek Linemarking services offers a full range of linemarking services for roads, highways, hardstand areas, car parks and subdivisions. For new works, our comprehensive service includes offsetting, setting out, spotting and marking, as well as removing existing lines and markings that are no longer required.
Our services include:
- marking longitudinal lines and transverse markings
- symbols and messages
- raised pavement markers
- airport linemarking using specifically designed high quality Airpave paint
- application of skid resistant markings for pedestrian crossings
- thermoplastic linemarking using hot or cold application methods
- audio tactile markings
- coloured messages and markings.
All of our linemarking activities include full traffic control as part of the service and we understand the need to minimise the disruption to traffic flows. This includes the provision of all signs and qualified traffic control personnel in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the Road Works Signing Guide.
Pavements Performance and Investigation
RoadTek Pavements Performance and Investigation offers a complete range of pavement management services including collecting and analysing data, providing expert recommendations and storing and maintaining data. All of our pavement performance activities include full traffic control as part of the service, to ensure we minimise the disruption to traffic flow.
The unit also uses specialist systems and analytical capabilities in measuring, analysing and reporting road pavement conditions.
We can provide customers with assessments of:
- skid resistance
- surface texture
- rutting and crossfall configuration
- visibility of markings and reflectivity
- water spray
- pavement strength
- cracking
- serviceability (particularly ageing effects)
- road roughness (ridability).
