RoadTek Asset Services has extensive expertise in asset management, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of structures, roads and civil works infrastructure. Our involvement in the state's road and bridge network provides us with a vast bank of knowledge and experience to deliver quality, cost effective results for our customers.
RoadTek Asset Services' core business is the construction and maintenance of Queensland's road and bridge network. This includes rehabilitation, construction and maintenance of all types of road and pavements, timber, steel and concrete bridge structures and associated drainage works. This experience and expertise means we can work with our customers across the whole life of their assets.
Our areas of expertise include:
Routine maintenance
Through repairs to both roads and structures we ensure infrastructure assets function safely and as they were originally designed. Our comprehensive maintenance services include maintaining the surrounding landscape, pavement repairs, mowing, road furniture, bridge cleaning and vegetation control.
Maintenance management
Through unequalled expertise in the combination of asset stewardship, bridge inspections (level two and three), data logging, corridor management, data analysis and maintenance recommendations, we add value over the life of the asset resulting in savings for our customer.
Rehabilitation
With capability in stabilisation, widening and overlay, guardrail upgrade, intersection upgrade, slurries, asphalt cementitous overlays and mine rehabilitation, we work with our customers to return their asset’s to near original condition.
New works
We can deliver new infrastructure or improve the functionality of an asset beyond original design requirements. We have successfully delivered a range of new works projects from new alignment and bridges, to carparks and preparatory earth works.
Bitumen
RoadTek provides expertise for all short or long term bitumen projects. Our range of services include re-seals and new works, full project management of re-seal programs, cart, heat and spray operations and specialist technical advice on design, equipment selection and materials.
Vegetation maintenance
With a nationally certified environmental management system and qualified horticulturalists, we can design and recommend appropriate vegetation management to help minimise long term costs. Vegetation management is supported by mowing, planting, maintenance of garden beds and herbicide treatments.
