ICT Strategic Plan
Main Roads plays a key role in the management, planning and provision of transport infrastructure for Queensland. The road network links communities, facilitates business and industry, and in partnership with other transport infrastructure providers, contributes to the international competitiveness of our domestic export industries.
The ICT strategic plan has a five year focus that provides strategies and a comprehensive view of the department’s ICT strategic direction that is considered necessary to provide the capability to support the current and future business needs of the department. The ICT strategic plan is aligned with the MR strategic plan (2008–13) and indicates at a strategic level how ICT initiatives will enable the strategic direction of Main Roads.
